Wildhorse is made up of Frans & Cathy Maritz out of South Africa. They used to perform as the Wildhorse Singing Line Dance Group back in the 90’s, they have the bragging rights of being the first Singing Linedance group in South Africa, which included other members, Martie, Theresa, Wynand, JD, Rika, and Manie. When the group split Frans & Cathy gave up singing as a live duo and went into the studio and recorded one Afrikaans and one English Country cd. They had a minor hit with one of the Afrikaans songs and some of Frans’s original English compositions were played on various Internet radio stations worldwide. They don’t intend to perform live again and are happy with an occasional visit to the recording studio.
