Harvey Perdue, was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He began singing at the age of 3, by age 10 He was playing The Steel Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, and Bass Fiddle and Guitar. He wrote His first song at the age of 10, Titled “Pray For Our Boys In Vietnam.” It was recorded 2 years later at Century Records. As A songwriter, Harvey has written over 250 Country Songs, and over 350 Gospel Songs. He has co-written with Ronnie Hinson; Gary S. Paxton; Bill Burns; Ray Sublett; Rick Langston; and His Daughter Jenny Jo Perdue. Harvey Perdue, is an Ordained Pentecostal Holiness Minister, and is currently Pastoring His 8th Church, “Cowboy Church of Hot Springs,”
